The equipment shipped to us was as mentioned in the quotation, but when arrived we found damages due to internal corrosion of parts. The key component cannot be used as the motorized parts have seized up. We have send picture to supplier and found poor response. They have ask us to contact another person, saying they don't know about it. And later found out Zhengzhou Hento Machinery Co., Ltd. did not manufacture it and another company did. The actual Chinese manufacturer did not want to replace parts. Furthermore, from the internal component condition, we assumed it has been place in storage for a while or used. Zhengzhou Hento Machinery Co., Ltd. did not respond on solving this after many calls from us. We end up have to repair and source new parts locally. Another failure occurred again on another component, again Zhengzhou Hento Machinery Co., Ltd. did not help us. We were misled by their professional response during the initial stage and this has cost us dearly in delays and cost.

RECOMMENDATION: |
Machinery that does not cost a lot, does not justify a factory visit to a supplier in China and this is where the risk lies. Do not buy form a trading or 3rd party. If possible squeeze a site visit in.
