I ordered double layer ring die pellet mill gear driven, requested 6mm die, what was sent was a belt driven pellet mill with a 10mm which I cannot use. When I saw the pictures I knew it was the wrong mill and requested refund and stop order I was told it will be resolved not only by the sales person but the manager as well. I was then sent a picture of the correct mill that was to be shipped. I also requested a 3.6m bucket elevator and received a 4.8 bucket elevator. I've tried contacting the seller and now I'm being told they don't work there no more.
