I wonder if you can help me. I got defrauded on Alibaba by a Chinese company called Yuyao Yilong tools. They made me pay a deposit, then tried to deceive me on false goods and tried to make me purchase false goods. Whilst in communication with this company I spoke to four different sales person. Reason that is is because this company had employees leave one after another because they didn't want to lie. I spoke to Alibaba about my case and they said well we can see the fraud but all we can do is put a notice on their Alibaba page for three months. This company is a fraud. They Offer customers a great deal on product and then try and sell them poor quality merchandise. They did this with me and tried to force me to buy them. Not only did they do this with me but they have been doing to their other customers according to their ex employees (three sales agents who left because they did not want to lie to customers!!).
