This supplier promises everything. They are not used to produce EEC regulations. It costs too much time for production, checking and control, I would not pay in advance any more. I warned factory that I will pay after loading and copy bill of landing. The company refuses and threatened me to sell my scooters to other customer. The factory should not threat customer, so that's why I warn you; Do not buy from this company in China, when something goes wrong you loose your money, at a lot of time!
