We placed the order for 52mt of Roasted buckwheat kernels to Chifeng Jiusheng Conomy And Trade Co.Ltd. The contact person from the seller is Kiki (Tel:+86-476-2780117 Fax:+86-476-2780115 Website:www.buckwheatfactory.com E-mail:[email protected] Skype:chifengdaqiaofang). We received the PI and Sales Contract from the seller. We paid the deposit and confirmed packing details. The goods were shipped with a little delay. After receipt of the goods at Poti, Georgia (transit port), they were delivered to Erevan, Armenia (final destination) at customs terminal. There the trucks with containers (with loaded goods) were weighed. After checking all weight of the truck, trailer, container - we found that goods were unloaded (quantity of bags was less). There were about 380kgs less of GW. While the GW of one bag is 25.07kgs. We gave the supplier the Weight Chart issued at customs and the Vehicle registration card, so they could check weight also, and see the real results. The supplier insists that they loaded correct weight, but have no confirming document. The seller does not confirm their fault and gives no compensation for underloaded goods.
