The Seller in person of Zhang Ya'nan ([email protected]) made following violations:shipped us partially goods produced in Dec 2012 instead of fresh product (should be Dec 2013) mismarked labels with wrong production date gave wrong documents that don't correspond with either actual date of production and marked date of production produced extremely fragile product that is absolutely different from samples (appearance, quality) During negotiations Seller agreed to provide compensation, but finally reject to make payment. The reason was difficulty to proceed payment overseas. But when we provide Seller with Chinese RMB account Seller simply refuse to pay. More details and evidences could be provided by request.
