This company did not produce our order. The made samples which were approved, but did not make order and kept promising they were working on them. But missed due date and never completed order. Kept saying they would still do it, but sales employee told us that big boss was never intending to do our order because he was losing money. This is because he gave us too low of quote. So he decided the quote was too low and decided not to make order. We would have paid more. We told them that. No response. Never refunded 30% deposit.

Do not work with this company or others that do not manufacture onsite when sourcing in China. If possible have 3rd party in country to negotiate and inspect and translate.
