Checked quotes from multiple suppliers in China and decided to go with this company. We agreed on a price for so many items and they sent me a total amount to pay including shipping. After the money was sent they then advised that the quantity was too small and that I had to double the order. I asked that they send the money back as we had an agreed price and quantity and they kept on telling me that unless I doubled the order and sent them the same amount again, they wouldn't send me my product nor return my money! I advised them that I didn't have anymore money to send, and then they just shut off all communications.
