We are the Russian company Cutting Tool Ltd. We signed the contract with Chinese company XXX Industrial Cutter Solutions.

We have received a lot of offers and quotations from this company by e-mail, and both our company and this company seem to be highly interested in cooperation. We were constantly in contact with them, we have talked to their manager Jemin by telephone a lot of times, discussed all the terms, made the order and everything went smoothly.

We signed the contract and paid the money. In accordance with the signed contract the shipment from this company must have been done at the beginning of March. But the shipment wasn't made. Our company tried to reach the XXX Industrial Cutter Solutions to find out the reasons of delay.

However, all the managers were out of the office and couldn't answer our calls. We did our best, but we managed to contact only the girl, called Judy CXXX. She explained to us that all the senior managers are very busy and they can't answer our calls. She said that she personally is not responsible for our order, but promised to find out some information.

During our last conversation we strictly ask them either to ship the goods or to give us our money back on our account. Judy promised to give us the answer. But she didn't.

One more time we managed to reach them by their fax number. We spoke with the girl called May, who said that it was not an easy task to pay our money back, but she tried to assure us that their company will give us our money back. However it was nothing more but a promise. For two weeks already we can't reach them neither by phone nor by e-mail.

Therefore we conclude that it is a fraud, we haven't received the knives, we haven't got our money back. Because of this fact we couldn't meet the terms of our contracts with our clients and our company suffer losses.
