I had been searching on Made-In-China.com and requested multiple vendors contact me. This supplier emailed and all looked exactly like other vendors I had dealt with- website, skype contact, etc. The difference here was that they offered Free Shipping for large enough orders, so I thought it was a great deal. They gave a proforma invoice for goods which appeared to be like every other one I've received. They would not take PayPal, so I sent via Western Union $98 for samples. Unfortunately, they stopped responding after picking up money. Their phone went directly to answering machine. They did not respond to email or Skype. Then I made up an email to see if they were just having issues or if they had defrauded me and they answered the email from a different address. Once I identified myself, they stopped responding.

Always go to website. Always call before ordering. Look to see if they are a member of Alibaba or Made-in-China "sponsored" supplier (not definitive, but some level of check).
