I have ordered goods from this supplier many times during the past year. The supplier had their issues always. They never physically check my product at the site of production and i never received any qc reports. My goods was always a problem when i received it. Sometimes packing was incorrect or sometimes badly packed. Supplier never takes responsibility for errors on their side. My documents are never released on time even though i send them proof of payment. They will wait for funds to reflect and then consider expressing documents which is too late. Sometimes the goods that arrive are of poor quality and cannot sell but they hear nothing.

RECOMMENDATION: |
Do not support them unless you willing to have endless problems. They are very negligent and mostly do office work without physically checking goods at the production site.They do not speak English well and you can never video Skype them.They will never consider your problems no matter what it can be. Even if your goods arrived and need to be cleared they will never consider releasing your documents. There is absolutely no understanding whats so ever.Bad and terrible experience from this company.I deal with many company but none has done this to me.I physically beg for my documents. Inconsiderate, negligent. Poor customer service.
