September 5, 2014 Xchieve-XXX offered 1462037-1 relays with a L/T 4-6 weeks. September 23, 2014 Xchieve-XXX double checked with supplier lead time and offered 8-9 weeks. October 8, 2014 We placed the order. October 15, 2014 We paid the order. October 15, 2014 Xchieve-XXX informed us about new lead time - 10-12 weeks. November 5, 2014 Xchieve-XXX provided a new lead time - March 2015! We had to cancel the order. They agreed. We had to order from other supplier and paid much higher. In a week Xchieve-XXX informed us that parts arrived and they refuse to pay us back our prepayment. For today - December 5 - there is no payment back. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SUPPLIER.
