It all started well with the discussion of the contract in Tianjin, adjustments of the delivery and payment terms were done. Back in Vietnam, organization of the delivery logistics. Signing the contract and sending payment of 50 % TT together with the purchasing order. The supplier delayed delivery, gave not existing delivery address to forwarder. Finally the supplier stated can only deliver goods if we use his forwarder. We denied and ask the money back. Then they were not answering any email or phone more. We informed the police in Wuhan and Tianjin. The Tianjin office had moved to an other location (unknown). The company is recruiting more sales staff for there fraud. We know from a Chinese website we found. The address of the headquarter is not existing , but equal to the address registered in the license. By investigation we found that the goods which had the label of Tie Feng were never sold from Tie Feng to this company.

RECOMMENDATION: |
Checking all business license and paper of the company in detail. Meet with person signing the contract in personal at the lawyer office in best case and register their ID, address, real names no Chinese nick names….
