Our company located in Thailand ordered Aluminum Wheel Scrap from Will China Industrial Co., Ltd. The contact person of the seller is Ms. Daisy White (contact No. 15028890698) According to the contract, both we and the seller agreed on the term of payment by L/C at sight with the condition of presenting the shipping document, pre-shipment certificate issued by CIQ and Form E. The seller submitted us all document required together with pre-shipment certificate issued by CIQ indicated that the cargo as per the contract has been loaded in to the container No. DFSU1274xxx and seal No. SITT425xxx properly. They also submitted us Form E indicated that the cargo is Aluminum Wheel Scrap. Upon checking the container on 23 November 2013, we found that the seal was still intact. There weren't any Aluminum Wheel Scrap in the container. The container was fully loaded with several bags of sand. I tried to contact the seller but no one reply.
