It was specified in the first trial order that the cables need to withstand cold weather and made out of rubber. When the shipment arrived and one flood light was installed outside, the power cable cracked. Therefore none of the lights could be sold. Factory insisted they supplied the right cables and ignored all the warranty claims. There were some minor details such as warning labels and other stickers missing. Wrong size down-lights were supplied, a big problem when your standard is 120mm and the factory sends you 100mm. Ceramic E27/E14 had problems too, they kept failing and it was better not to sell them. In the end all the products ended just filling the warehouse, normally they would be sent back and the factory would return the money, but with Chinese factories that's not the case. It's actually state sponsored thievery that aims to fill the importer's warehouse with crap while stealing the money.
