Do not approach this company, we have been a victim of fraud. We made a payment of $1335.00 against a Proforma invoice after contacting Jack Chan through the website. Our purchasing department asked a few technical questions relating to the product before we placed the order and found him very efficient and helpful (no alarm bells). We placed the order, paid and emailed Jack Chan, he responded with a date we could expect the goods. That date has since come and gone, we have received no goods and no response to any emails regarding delivery or further requests to reimburse our money. The phone number just rings out too.

RECOMMENDATION: |
We have dealt with overseas suppliers for many years and have been lucky enough not to have had any experiences like this before, I find many of our overseas suppliers extremely honest and give us good credit terms (after we have paid proforma a few times). I am annoyed we have been caught out by this company. I send them over fifty
