COMPLAINT:
We had a most unfortunate experience with Vnsky, an Hong-Kong based company established in 2002. In 2013 they merged with TE Components company also based in Hong Kong.

Last February 2014 we ordered a good deal of components from Vnsky In hong Kong (our contact: Jack Chan), received a pro-forma invoice as expected and paid with a bank transfer for the full amount of goods and shipment. After a few days' delay, due to problems they allegedly had with the components producer, they finally got back to us and said they were ready to ship the goods to us by DHL.

On March 14, 2014, the goods arrived to Eolobus in Milan but we immediately realized that the material we had received was not what we had ordered. There was a mistake in shipment or at courier, so we rejected the goods and sent them back to the courier. The goods were contained in one package with our name on the label, but the goods inside did not correspond at all to what we had ordered/paid in advance and that was indicated in the pro-forma invoice. DHL in Hong Kong said they successfully contacted the company to return the goods, but all the times we tried to contact Vnsky for updates on our goods, we never had a reply from him or anyone else. They seem to have vanished. We also contacted TE Components, but with the same negative results.

This inconceivable and unprofessional behavior is causing serious problems to our company. They seem to be a regularly set-up and running company with satisfactory accountability records, however their behavior has no explanation or justification. In April too, we tried many many times to contact both Vnsky and TE Components but with no success at all, except a mysterious reply where Jack said he was on a business trip. Then they vanished and never replied again.

We informed the Hong Kong Police about this incident and provided all details and they are seeking information about Vnsky. We intend to take all possible legal steps against Vnsky to be refunded and to sue them for fraud. We truly believe we are victims of a fraud.

RECOMMENDATION:
We'll be much more accurate and suspicious about Chinese suppliers and will not order and pay before we are sure the suppliers are reliable and, above all, real and not a fake one.

Do not order any goods from Vnsky. Be aware, because they promptly reply when you first contact them for information or quotation, and when you order and pay. But then….. they vanish. To prove this, some friends of ours
