I got a proforma invoice to pay up-front, as usually with Chinese vendors. After a month that the components were not shipped - we tried contacting VNSKY and there was no reply - both on e-mail and on the phone (that is disconnected). We sent a local guy to visit their offices - the company does not exist and was never in that in that building. It's a fraud, and the money is gone.
