COMPLAINT:
We have had dealing with company for years, however from the last 4-5 orders we and our customers noticed issues with the camera quality, missing IR sponges, quality of video slightly blurry ie was a lens issue on the camera. Cameras to be weatherproof but found many camera had condensation on the inside of the camera. Infrared shines out a spot light so cannot see faces clearly. Some IR's on cameras where not even working. We supply to our customers and found that we had a lot of returns and hence we had to refund customers money. We lost customers. Tiensun would not take the faulty cameras back but rather sent out spares to fix the cameras, no compensation was provided considering it took a lot of man hours to fix the cameras. Even after they said to return the cameras we still had to pay the delivery and partial cost to have them returned. all cameras have a 2 year warranty which turns out is useless because they do not want you to return the badly manufactured cameras. Very bad experience. Though we placed another order expecting some discount and they plainly refused. So we cancelled our new order and told them we will never order again and they just accepted it. Now we have stock of badly designed cameras. After so many years we are deeply disappointed in the quality and bad service we have had in the end.

RECOMMENDATION:
You can never completely trust a manufacturer, best way is to minimize your order so you do not lose so much money if order contains badly manufactured equipment. Chinese suppliers do give discounts for large orders but it is a heavy burden if you get stuck with equipment that you cannot sell due to issues which is out of your control.
