Lynn Chann of Chance Industries company contacted me by email, offering products that we usually purchase in China /Far east. A deal was concluded 30% prepayment balance upon receipt of goods ( invoice received) Payment made 27th November 2014 with promise of goods being dispatched within 3 days- To date no goods have arrived! Request refund of monies paid now they are requesting further 70% up front payment to = 100% prepay. Our contact Lynn Chan refuses to give name of accounts department - continually blaming accountant and Chinese New year. To date no refund no goods - this company is a FRAUD beware
