COMPANY TYPE:
Supplier
WEB SITE:

ADDRESS:
No. 118,Kaiwei Road,Tanggu District, Tianjin City
PRODUCT(S):
Welding Wire
AMOUNT:
25,001 to 100,000 USD
DESTINATION:
Australia/New Zealand
COMPLAINT:
This company contacted us in regards to welding wire and even went to the extent of sending us samples

We then purchased a 20 foot container of wire from them to the value of approx. $40 000 AUD. We asked for photos of the packed container but never received them. We bought the welding wire on the terms of CIF which means the goods should have been insured.

When we received the container of goods we opened it to find it was full of some kind of sand.

The lock that was placed on the container at the factory was the same one (with special barcode) that we cut off when the container was delivered.

We have tried every avenue possible to try and get the company to send us the correct goods but they don't want to know about it. "We have contacted both Australian and Chinese consulate and no one want to know about it. Our customs will not tell us why they did not xray the container and also want nothing to do with this. We have had a check up done on the company also which has told us they are only registered in Hong Kong and not China. The company will not give us any information on any other products that the factory they deal with produce so we can try and acertain what this product we have is. They also refuse to tell us the same or address of the factory so we can contact them directly."

This company has acted fraudulently and we would like to advise everyone possible of this to prevent it from happening in the future.

Also if anyone has any other avenues to help us please let us know.
