We have received his contract with a shipment in July / August with 20% deposit. We transfer to his company 50,000$ on July, 10th. Beginning of September (2 month after sending deposit) we did not received booking confirmation yet for our contract so we have cancel our contract with him and asked for our deposit back. From the time we canceled the contract things started to be difficult. He disappear in India for some times. He was calling time by time saying he is following shipments from there. Communication was most by email and all the time he was mentioning that he is going to refund the money but nothing come. Finally in October he refunded 25,000$, then again excuses, excuses and nothing more. We found out that he opened an office in India and Vietnam; closed his old office to open a new one to the address given below ; open new website located in India not anymore in Thailand. Last correspondence was on March, 6th where he simply say that we have to buy rice from him if we want to recover our money. He simply stole our money to use it to open new office and develop his cheating business.
