We bought an outdoor furniture set from this Chinese manufacturer as a test sample for export, the quality of the cover that was purchased in combination with the set turned out to be so inferior that it fell apart under moderate sunshine after only six month, please keep in mind we are talking about an outdoor furniture set here very often used in sunshine locations. We tried to sort this out with the manufacturer, even offered to deliver an better quality textile so they could produce a new one and learn how to deliver a better quality for other customers, they refused.

Their customer service in general is a nightmare. Be extremely careful when conduction business with these people, they don't care about quality, if you deliver one of these sets to your clients you might end up stuck with no other option but having a higher grade product manufactured elsewhere, that's what we did.
