We had around 2 years of cooperation experience with this Chinese supplier and came across a defective shipment. The seller acknowledged the defects promising to cover them. Then he started to bargain about the claim. Then he started to bargain about the exchange rate. Finally, he said he had transferred the claimed amount to us. Since we did not get anything, we tried to get back to him for the comments. And he appeared not to have paid. After all, he just stopped answering the phone.
