Dear Sirs, Hello. I am in contact with you because for the following situation: I am a purchase agent from a company in Mexico and I found a company from Ahmedabad. We closed a deal in regards to a fabric T-300 CVC, the construction was T-276 but the buyer accepted this situation and send the advance payment (usd 13,680), however after receive the production sample they sent the fabric to 2 international labs in Mexico (SGS and Intertek) and the results were the fabrics has only between T-206 and T-213. So the buyer claimed the refund of this money because the qty of threads don´t meet the qty they agreed in the contract (it´s all in the contract). The problem is this supplier is delaying their answers, at first they said they will not refund the money and now they are not saying anything! So my dear friends, this company is causing a lot of damage for all the rest of honest suppliers in India. They told me tomorrow they will have a reply, but my questions is what should we do of this supplier don´t want to refund the money??? Is there any penalty for them? To which person should we talk, my buyer need the money, they act transparent and with honesty and they think all companies in India are like this, please help me...
