on 27th/3/15 the buyer uses the name jose and email address of [email protected], all other contact details i have since found out to not exist. it was for CCTV product we use from Dahua, he sent me his suppliers certificate which had expired last Jan14, he was awaiting a new updated one, he supplied me his bank account number in which $420USD we sent for product and I had No responses to emails since, his bank account is with the Bank of China and uses the name of Xiaoqing Zeng,
