Our company's name is Cutting Tool Ltd. We are the reseller company and are located in Russia. We deal with different kinds of industrial knives. The unpleasant situation that forced us to address to your web-site is the following. Approximately one year ago Mr. Zhang Lu began to send us letters from the e-mail address [email protected] suggesting his knives and offering to start the cooperation. At the end of his letters he indicated Zhang Lu, Yongfang Knife and Parts, Qiandeng, Kunshan, China,http://www.knifeandparts.diytrade.com,"15years knife produce experience, 30years corrugate service experience". This year after his numerous offers we finally came to the conclusion to try his produce. We sent him several inquiries from our customers, accepted his offered prices and terms, received the pro forma invoice from Special Forest Enterprises Limited (!) and transferred the required full sum of money and the pay order.Everything was ok and Mr. Lu answered letters, provided other offers and informed that the production was going well. When the indicated time of production ended we asked to comment upon the situation and to provide us the logistic information for us to organize the shipment. And here the most interesting things began... Mr. Zhang Lu stopped replying the letters in time and the indicated in the PI phone number (0086-15301784465) turned to be permanently powered off. Some time passed and we received the letter from Mr.Lu saying that half of the order was not and would not be ready for shipment as he had no technical capability for that! After that we received also the invoice for the so-called ready items except for the most important, extremely burning and the most expensive one (half of the sum approximately). Also he wrote that these goods would be sent via EMS and ... disappeared. Everyday we sent him letters asking to return money or at least to send us the ready items and refund money for the unproduced knives. Also we again and again asked him to provide us the real phone numbers. No replies. It is going without saying that Internet gives no information about the firm Special Forest Enterprises limited, China. We didn't fulfill obligations before our clients, let them down because no knives will be sent them by us.
