I ordered some architectural stainless steel parts for balustrade from Sonlam. When I visited their factory in Foshan, it made thinking that these guys have a large and well organized factory.They have very good quality products in their showroom that creates imagination that this company is a top tier supplier and you would never have any problems with them Though, after placing the order I realized that I made a big mistake. 1. Delivery time was delayed by 2 weeks 2. The person representing Sonlam by name Sandra was very hard to contact with. And never gave me any information about stages of production in spite I asked her several time to send me pictures, so I could see the way they polish the products. 3. When my end client and I opened the boxes we found out a big issue. The stainless steel balustrade posts were not polished proper way. So, I had to spend another $1860 paying for labor in Australia to re-polish them. I informed Sonlam that it is going to be extra charges. Originally I said that it would be 816 dollars to fix. Sonlam agreed to pay off my expenses . But because we found a lot more other problems to be fixed , there were more labor hours spent + materials. 4. Sonlam reused to pay for fixing problems with their faulty goods.

I would be very careful to place the order to these guys. Think twice. if you place the order, you should be staying in their workshop on fabrication every day and control it. Otherwise, you will get poor quality products and no compensation. Cheers.
