Shillas - Online Shopping Scam I have purchased a dress on their website and although they claim they have free refunds no matter which are the circumstances for requesting a refund they refuse to refund the money. They are not reliable and I would never recommend this supplier, their products have low quality finishes and although I have provided pictures with the poor finished they still refuse to refund my money.
