Purchased and payed in full £89.98 for tailor made dress. When it arrived the dress was so badly done that I could not even put it on. When complained, the seller wanted further £50 to make a new dress. When I rejected this they have offered £11 refund for dress that I cannot use. I have red some reviews and I am not the only one who had exactly the same issue. This company is sending out very badly made dress and keeping the money or not sending them at all claiming it has been lost.
