The Chinese company shipped 79 drums of 100% Water instead of 80 x 230 kg drums 99.5% TEG paid for in 2015. Upon lab tests, it was discovered to be WATER. They have refused to respond to our mails or refund money paid, as per agreement, if products do not pass quality test, it will backload the products to China and refund the money.
