I purchased 20,000 pcs baseball caps, 100% cotton material, value USD 19,500 from Cangnan Scarlett Daily Necessities Manufactory, in Nov. 2015. When making the sample they used quality material 100 % as required, but when they delivered, they only sent polyester material of bad quality. Because of that, our end user rejected our delivery due to not following their specifications. We lost USD 19,500 and don't know how to sell this product with my government agency logo.
