I purchased 12 cellphones from Shenzhen Wings Electronic Technology Co .,Ltd. I insisted that i would want to pay into the company account but they insisted that i should send the money via Western Union because my order was too small. I send the money and after payment they gave me a fake tracking number (GD414906904WW). I tried to track the parcel and waited for weeks i also called the courier company and they told me that they did not have a parcel with that tracking number. The supplier then said they were having a problem with customs, so they will refund me. Now i am trying to get a refund but they are not responding to my emails even when i send them account details to deposit the refund they are not responding at all. I made the payment on 11 March 2014 until now i have following up and trying everything to get my money back but they are not doing anything.
