MERLOT Dry Red Wine
Variety: Merlot grape.
Origin: Serra Gaßcha.
Process: Use of grapes from selected and audited producers. Quality control and evolution in all phases of the process. Temperature of fermentation accompanied, as well as use of selected yeasts to obtain the best of the fruit. Delicacy, technology and care in all stages of elaboration.
VISUAL ASPECT: Ruby red color, clear and bright
OLFATIVE ASPECT: fresh aromas of dark red fruits like cherry and black plums, touch of vanilla, chocolate, and roasted coffee, from oak maturation.
GUSTATIVE ASPECT: Full bodied, with balanced tannins and acidity, ripe red fruit aroma with a touch of chocolate, roasted coffee, woody and buttery, persistent in the mouth.
FOOD PAIRING: Red meats, pastas and cheeses.
