CHARDONNAY

Dry White Wine

Variety: Chardonnay grape

Origin: Serra Gaòcha.

Process: Use of grapes from selected and audited producers. The grape is kept for 24 hours on a cold camera before being pressed. Do not use de-greasing. Quality control and evolution in all phases of the process. Temperature of fermentation accompanied, as well as use of selected yeasts to obtain the best of the fruit. Delicacy, technology and care in all stages of elaboration.

VISUAL ASPECT: Clear, bright yellow straw coloring with greenish reflections.

OLFATIVE ASPECT: Aroma with intense notes of tropical and ripe fruits like banana and pineapple, notes of white chocolate and vanilla, light woody touch.

GUSTATIVE ASPECT: In the mouth is bulky, powerful and buttery, character due to the high alcohol content in harmony with the fine acidity, expressing a sweetness sensation. In the retronasal part it remits all its olfactory complex of ripe fruits and elegant fine notes of wood. Long persistence in the mouth.

HARMONIZATION: Pasta, white meats, fondues, medium and strong cheeses.
