The laboratory van consists of two compartments - the operator compartment and the high-voltage compartment. Windows are installed on the body. One window is on the left (along the way) in front of the van and the other one is on the right in the sliding door. The insulation of the van is made of heat-insulating material, and the end trim is made of plastic panels. The floor in the van is lined with waterproof plywood, insulated and covered with water-repellent material. The heating of the vans consists of a heater from the engine cooling system and an electric air heater additionally. Laboratories are produced in the climatic version of MCC (moderately cold climate) category 4 according to GOST 15150. The interior lighting should be 12 volts and 220 volts. The compartments are separated by a partition consisting of plexiglas. The plexiglas partition between the operator compartment and the high-voltage compartment forms a one-piece free gap 500-600 mm high and is located along the entire width of the body. The glass in the gap isn’t cluttered with any devices; there are no passes through the glass. The cable hatch on the rear door has an automatic shutter and is located opposite the unfolding cable clamp. The main equipment is installed on the frame, which is attached to the car body by the scaling-ladder. The cable and wires are laid in special cable channels. Tool storage boxes are equipped with automatic locks, preventing the extension of the boxes while the car is moving. |
