CABERNET SAUVIGNON Dry Red Wine
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon grape
Origin: Serra Gaòcha.
Process: Use of grapes from selected and audited producers. Quality control and evolution in all phases of the process. Temperature of fermentation accompanied, as well as use of selected yeasts to obtain the best of the fruit. Delicacy, technology and care in all stages of elaboration.
VISUAL ASPECT: Ruby red with violet reflections, limpid and brilliant in appearance.
OLFATIVE ASPECT: intense scent, with predominance of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry, light vegetal touch, like green pepper, traditional cabernet sauvignon from the gaucho range and spices from oak.
GUSTATIVE ASPECT: fruity aroma, medium bodied, acidity and balanced tannins, light touch of vanilla, chocolate provided with American oak.
HARMONIZATION: Grilled red meats, pastas, risottos and soft cheeses.
ALCOHOL: 11.6%
