We dealt via e-mail and telephone. Required the information about the product: proplylene fiber. The prices offered by the company seemed very attractive. We asked for the photos of the product which were provided. The Contract has been signed. The 30% upfront has been made to the account of the company as stated in the Contract to the Hong Kong account (as they explained to reduce the taxes). Later the so-called director of the Hebei Boao Industrial Co.,Ltd Mr. Tao Chen (who actually signed the Contract) and the supervisor Mr. Beira Chow started to push us to place a larger order. We offered that our representative would come to their production site for inspection. After this all the communication has been stopped by their side. We have filed a fraud report at the Hong Kong Police and the Bank where the upfront has been paid.

Please make the audit of the company personally or by the third party necessarily. Visit the production site, get all the possible information, check the address that it exists in reality. If the price offered for the product seems to be very cheap, be watchful.
