07.09.15 We contacted a seller HF Vehicle on Alibaba which for the information told us that we would be contacted by their sellers , and so it was, we took the least expensive but the prices were more or less similar and started negotiations with Fengruhk. We have to send the goods testing but immediately after sending the transfer of $ 700 (date 10th September 2015) with reference to the invoice proforma they said it was wrong and had to write the reason for travel expenses or living expenses... asking us to stop and redo the bank because so they would pay many taxes , but in Italy it is not possible to stop a foreign bank . 15th September 2015 Cindy wrote to us that their bank has automatically rejected the collection and asked to redo the bank , of course we have not sent not seen the money in current account. 17th September they write: Good news. we receive your money. Delivery will be scheduled this afternoon. We were given a tracking number and said to wait a few days for the details , after our insistence to have the name of the courier we were informed that it was EMS but their numbers did not match because it was 10 digits instead of 13 , after a couple gg apologized and that was wrong , but also the second number is found to be inaccurate , the request for clarification and confirmation that the goods have actually been delivered is completely gone in date 29.09.15! We also wrote to the company on Alibaba explaining the happened but here we had no answer .... is there anything we can do to get our money ? Thank you
