The supplier, Liaocheng Preking Metal Materials Co., Ltd or Preking Metal Materials Co., Ltd. closed a deal with us for 3 pieces of aluminum plates. The proforma is paid with full amount. That was around August 2021. After payment it gave so many excuses; such as their factory has closed due to government control on electricity. Come 2021, it said to wait after Chinese New Year. After which because of the Olympic. During the course of those period she refused to refund the full amount despite several appeals.
