I made contact with this company walking-tractor.com and a person named Steve. On the 24th November 2014 we made payment for the sample shipment ($380 approximately) we sent a proof of payment to Steve at the Walking Tractor company and never got a reply. Despite many emails sent since then we have had a response some of them promising shipment was about be sent per DHL. No waybill number ever sent despite many requests for this. My bank First National Bank tried to recover the money for me but the Weifang Langpak Machinery Co. Ltd. Would not cooperate. The group http://www.made-in-china.com intervened on our behalf and reported: " Thanks for your email and feedback. I am Cathy from web operation department of Made-in-China.com. We have helped you to contact the supplier (Weifang Langpak Machinery Co. Ltd.) on our website again and asked them to solve your problem soon. But we are sorry that the supplier still didn't reply us. We have closed their account and removed them from our website because they didn't cooperate to solve your problem. We have informed them that they would not be allowed to publish any information on our website unless they could solve your problem finally. At the same time, we still suggest you to seek legal way to protect your further rights."
