Die casting

Die casting is a metal casting process that molten metal is forced into a mold cavity under high pressure.
3A will create the mold cavity by using two hardened tool steel dies. We now mainly focus on aluminum and zinc die casting. We can do post machining, painting, anodizing, powder coating, polishing, sand blasting, etc for die castings.

3A PROTOTYPE can provide various prototype and tooling services, including CNC, SLA&SLS, Vacuum casting (Silicon Tool/ Cast Urethane), sheet metal, extrusion, rapid tooling & plastic injection moulding and die casting. We can achieve different finishing as per customer’s requirement, such as painting, silk screening & pad printing, polishing, sand blasting, anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation, laser etching, knurling, brushing and so on.

We have helped customers from all over the world from first stage prototype to volume production. Most of our customers are from Europe, Australia, New Zea-land, USA and Canada.
